The statue will cost a lot. With plinth, mural and mounting we are looking at £140 - 150K. 

If you're still reading then I assume you haven't fallen off your chair. We have a long time to raise the money, the development will take a number of years to complete. 

We are asking for the public, local companies, public bodies and even local celebrities to contribute. Any amount is most welcome and will help us reach the target

Any individual/family contribution over £1000 will be recognised by your name either on the statue itself, or a plaque.

Any company donation over £5000 will be similarly recognised.

Any donation over £10,000 will be recognised by a major sponsor plaque.

Please help us fund this exciting project which we believe will benefit the town for many years to come and will provide a fitting commemoration to the Shire Horses that were a big part of Devizes for many years.
